That's very encouraging to hear. I think people, conciously or not, are looking for spaces like that, to talk and share freely, without hate are rather openness. Given so, the success of these platforms depend on the ethos of those who design their algorithms: whether they opt to enforce inclusiveness or not. I think that Substack as well could be an example of a platform that allows people to express their opinions and identity freely, or at least in a less restrictive fashion than X, which currently just prioritizes right-wing personalities and ideas.

This is such an interesting take on the role of the digital age and fascism. Now you see more social media apps popping up that are trying to be the answer to your question. The app Communia was created with the intention of only hosting women and genderqueer people - well exclusionary to men, let's put it like that. On Communia many women and queer people are redefining social media and trying to bring back different forms of communication
